Abstract

This reflection forms part of International Archives Day. It shows that the National Archives Institute of Congo, responsible for preserving the national archival heritage, faces weaknesses that limit its ability to address the mismanagement of archives at the University of Kinshasa. It promotes cooperation, partnership and innovative strategies between the two institutions.
